Mary Dobos's Obituary
HUBBARD Private funeral services were held Friday for Mary Jane Dobos, 77, who died Monday evening, July 18, 2011 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She was born July 13, 1934 in Marquez, Texas, a daughter of Joseph and Goldie Tranick Dobos, Jr.
Mary Jane was a medical records librarian at Barnsville Hospital in southern Ohio retiring in 1985. She served with the United States Air Force from 1960 to 1963. A graduate of Kent State University she received two Bachelor's degrees and also an Associate's degree from the University of Akron.
Mary Jane loved to listen to music, enjoyed reading and doing needlework. She loved animals especially her cat Little Miss Key.
She leaves three brothers, Joseph Dobos III, John (Sue) Dobos and Ronald (Carol) Dobos all of Hubbard; a sister, Clara (Jim) Cozy of Ashtabula; nephews, Clayton Cozy and Tom Dobos; nieces, Katrina Cozy, Tami Seech and Amanda Dobos; great nephews, Zack Seech, T.J. Dobos and great Nieces, Kendra Cozy, Paige Seech and Jordyn Dobos.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There are no calling hours.
Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
