EAST LIVERPOOL, OH Mary M. Claybrook, 77, of East Liverpool, died Wednesday morning, February 28, 2007, at her son's residence in Boardman. She was born on December 29, 1929, in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of William H. and Rosamond Haynes Beasley and lived in Ohio since 1999, coming from California.
Mrs. Claybrook was a secretary/nurses aide for Dr. E. R. Blum in California for 24 years, retiring in 1994. She was a member of the Los Angeles University Cathedral and enjoyed spending time with her family.
Her husband, Byron W. Claybrook, whom she married on May 16, 1949, died in 1988.
She leaves two sons, B. Wayne (Lorraine) Claybrook, Jr. of Pittsburgh and Pastor Tarone (Danetta) Claybrook of Boardman; three sisters, Christine Williams and Eleanor Beasley, both of Los Angeles and Jean Johnson of Pittsburgh and seven grandchildren.
Besides her husband, her parents, a brother, William Beasley and a sister, Rose Beasley, preceded her in death.
Memorial services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2007, at Victory Christian Center, 3899 McCartney Road, Lowellville, OH 44436.
