HUBBARD Mary Eileen Ciufo, 91, died Saturday evening, July 5, 2008, at Northside Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1916, in Youngstown, a daughter of Michael and Angeline Adavasio D'Orazio and lived most of her life in Hubbard.

Mrs. Ciufo worked for Sherwin Williams in Hubbard and retired after 20 years. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her husband, Phillip A. Ciufo, whom she married October 19, 1940, died February 28, 1999. She leaves a son, Philip A. Ciufo of Miami, FL; one daughter, Carol (John) Jandrokovic of New Middletown; one sister, Margaret Sylvesteri of Boardman; two grandchildren Lisa Holstein of Boardman and Mark (Julie) DeGeorge of Knoxville, TN; four great grandchildren, Anthony DeGeorge of Knoxville, TN, Harley, Kylie and Sienna Holstein all of Boardman.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Pat D'Orazio and four sisters, Carmel Cerimele, Violet Petrarca, Clara Shelton and Helen Torrello.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am Wednesday at St. Patrick Church.

Family and friends may call at church from 10:00 to 11:00 am prior to the funeral mass.
