HUBBARD Martin J. "Uncle Marty" Ball, 88, died Saturday June 7, 2014 at Hospice House. He was born October 25, 1925 in Mckees Rocks, PA, a son of Anthony and Victoria Baal Ball Sr.

Mr. Ball was a groundskeeper at Youngstown State University for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus. He was an avid sportsman and loved all sports especially golfing, fishing, bowling and football. He also loved getting together with friends to play cards.

He leaves a son David Ball; Nieces and Nephews, Susie, Tony, Alice, Vicki, Timmy, Margaret and Lori; and many great Nieces and Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Anna Marie Sauline and a brother Anthony Ball Jr.

Family and Friends may call on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kelley~Robb~Cummins Funeral Home.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 9:30 AM at the Kelley~Robb~Cummins Funeral Home and at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church with Fr. Tim O'Neill officiating.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
