HUBBARD Mark L. Waller Sr., 57, died Thursday evening March 23, 2017 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was born January 25, 1960 in Youngstown, a son of Charles and Geraldine Komenov Waller.

Mr. Waller, a 1978 graduate of Hubbard High School, attended New Castle School of Trades. He worked for BW Electric Service for 30 years. Mark loved to golf and fish. His wife, the former Tammy De la Penna, whom he married January 2, 1979, died February 15, 2010.

He leaves his mother Geraldine Waller of Mineral Ridge; a son, Mark L. (Alicia) Waller II of North Lima; a daughter Carol A. (Thomas) Ostavitz of Campbell; three brothers, Charles Waller of Hubbard, Daniel (Joyce) Waller of Mineral Ridge and David Waller of Champion; three sisters, Iona (Butch) Duckworth of Jacksonville, FL, Penny Clifton of Mineral Ridge and Ellen Korchnak of Niles and 6 grandchildren.

Mark was preceded in death by his father and wife.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.
