CAMPBELL Marie Ford, 90, died Saturday evening April 18, 2009 attended by her family and caregivers at Heritage Manor which was her home for the past two years.

Mrs. Ford, formerly of Hubbard and Campbell, was born November 3, 1918 in Ravenna, a daughter of Galiano and Susie (Senerchia) Trocchio.

She was a graduate of Ravenna High School. A homemaker, Mrs. Ford was also a former sales associate at Kitty's Fashions in Hubbard. Her home parish was St. Patrick Church in Hubbard. She was an avid golfer and a member of the Women's Golf Association of Hubbard and enjoyed playing cards.

Her husband, Daniel P. Ford, whom she married June 12, 1948, died August 30, 1994.

She leaves her sons, Gabriel (Enid) Ford of Brooklyn Heights, NY, Philip (Margaret) Ford of Campbell; sisters, Verna Flogge of Stowe and Madonna (Nick) Mendiola of Ravenna; a brother, Danny Trocchio of Ravenna; grandchildren, Daniel (Sara) Ford of Lakewood, Andrew Ford of Brooklyn Heights, NY, David (Jennifer) Schwindt of Mystic, CT and Jennifer Schwindt of Sarasota, FL.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dan, a sister Bernadine and brothers, Edward and William.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday, 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, 9:15 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.

The Ford family would like to thank the institutions and their staffs that helped preserve the quality of Mrs. Ford's life in her later years. They include the Antonine Sisters Adult Day Care, Comfort Keepers, Home Instead Senior Care, Hospice of the Valley and Heritage Manor. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Antonine Sisters Adult Day Care Center or Heritage Manor in her name.
