YOUNGSTOWN Marian MacSkimming, 91, died Sunday morning, May 31, 2009 at her home. She was born February 19, 1918 in Hubbard, a daughter of Michael and Frances DelBane and was a lifelong area resident living in Hubbard for 40 years.

Mrs. MacSkimming worked for Sherwin Williams for 16 years before retiring in 1983. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.

She leaves a son, Thomas (Beth) MacSkimming of Wellsville, PA; two daughters, Sally Seaman of Scottsdale, AZ and Claudia (Robert) Stranacher of Camp Hill, PA; 21 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Harold "Hally" Seaman, Bernard MacSkimming, a daughter, Jacqueline Volpe; brothers, Frank, Joe, Luke, Louis and Anthony DelBane, sisters, Mary Anderson, Lena Mozillo and Rose DelBane; three grandsons, Mark Volpe, Thomas MacSkimming and Anthony Seaman.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

There are no calling hours.
