HUBBARD Margaret L. "Peg" Thomas, 82, died Friday morning May 24, 2013 at Campus Health Care. She was born August 15, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of Thomas L. and Stella C. Bradish Daff and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Thomas, a homemaker, was a 59 year member of the First Presbyterian Church, serving as a Deacon and was a member of the Yo-Mar Club. Peg was a member of the Fortnightly IV and enjoyed flower gardening, knitting, antiquing and bingo. She especially enjoyed her grandchildren and all of their extracurricular activities.

Her husband, Russell A. Thomas, whom she married May 1, 1954, died January 19, 2009.

She leaves a son, Gregory A. Thomas of Hubbard; a daughter, Jane E. Thomas of Hubbard and three grandchildren, Scott, Amy and Melissa Thomas.

Peg was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son and a sister, Beverly Samoros.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church.

Family and friends may call on Monday 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home and also on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
