HUBBARD Margaret "Peg" Stewart, 91 of Clearwater, FL, formerly of Hubbard, died Saturday morning, September 4, 2004, at her residence. She was born August 23, 1913, in Aberdeen, Scotland, a daughter of James and Ann Mary King Ironside and spent most of her life in the Hubbard area.
Mrs. Stewart was a homemaker and a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Hubbard. She was a former Girl Scout leader, a member of the former Jayceettes and enjoyed knitting and flower gardening.
Her husband, Charles "Chick" Stewart, whom she married November 25, 1937, died March 19, 1992. She leaves a son, Charles J. (Cindy) Stewart of Palm Harbor, FL; two daughters, Marye I. (Steve) Bauer of Phoenix, AZ and Patricia (Fred) Carfangia of Hubbard; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Her parents, four sisters and a brother are deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, 5 to 8 PM.
