HUBBARD ~ Margaret J. “Peggy” Serrano died early Saturday afternoon April 4, 2026 at Windsor House in Canfield. She was born September 12, 1939 in Youngstown a daughter of William J. and Mildred R. (Hickey) Morgan and was a lifelong area resident.

Peggy was a graduate of Fitch High School and a homemaker. She was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church, enjoyed playing cards and going out to eat with her friends and especially loved spending time with her family.

Her husband Joseph P. Serrano, whom she married August 17, 1963, died August 16, 2008.

Peggy leaves a son, Joseph W. Serrano of Coitsville; two daughters, Suzanne Esposito of Finleyville, PA and Janet (Brian) Segro of Auburn Twp., OH; five grandchildren, Dr. Anthony J. Esposito (Tim), Jessica Metzker (Alex), Tanner Segro (Julie), Morgan Segro and Raegan Serrano (Stephen) and two great grandchildren, Zander and Emrie.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Joseph and her brother William D. “Billy” Morgan.

Family and friends may call on Thursday April 9, 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home. Closing prayers will be held at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home on Friday April 10, 2026 at 9:30 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday April 10, 2026 at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 AM with Reverend Michael Balash officiating.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
