LIBERTY M. Edra Fentress, 69 of Liberty, died Friday afternoon, April 18, 2003, at Northside Medical Center. She was born September 8, 1933, in Letcher County, KY, a daughter of James Monroe and Flora Hall Banks and had lived in the area since 1955.

Mrs. Fentress worked for the former Living Room Lounge for 25 years and also worked for the Battered Women's Shelter. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.

She leaves her husband, Paul Fentress Sr.; three sons Paul M. (Susan) Fentress Jr. of Campbell, Ron W. (Faye) Fentress of Girard and Roger B. Fentress of Youngstown; three brothers, James B. (Ruth Ann) Banks of San Antonio, TX, Clarence (Carol) Banks of Liberty and James L. Banks of Hubbard; four sisters, Irene Stout of Las Vegas, NV, Carolyn (Chuck) Griffiths of Liberty, Sheila Faber of Austintown and Vicki L. (Lloyd) Dickens of Elemendorf, TX; four granddaughters and three grandsons.

Her parents, a brother, Jack Banks and a sister, Pauline Stevens are deceased.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday, 5 to 8 PM.
