YOUNGSTOWN Memorial services will be held on Friday December 14, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Beck officiating for Louis Richard Gentile, 79, who died Sunday afternoon December 9, 2018 at his home. He was born June 27, 1939 in Youngstown, a son of Louis Peter and Ann M. Bartholomew Gentile Sr. and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Gentile was a self-employed auto body repairman, owning Gentile Auto Body for over 20 years. He was a Hall of Fame dirt track race car driver, an avid pool player and loved riding his motorcycle, especially on charity runs. Louis was very generous and well respected by his friends, one never had to ask him twice for help.

He leaves a son, Louis R. Gentile Jr. of Thayne, WY; a daughter, Jonelle R. Gentile of West Middlesex, PA and two sisters, Carol Nagy of Virginia and Donna Ross and her husband Denis of Akron.  He will also be missed by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents and a brother-in-law, Tom Nagy.
