GIRARD Lisa Marie Smith, 38, of Girard, died Wednesday afternoon, May 3, 2006, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. She was born August 26, 1967, in Oregon, OH, a daughter of Ronald and Mary Ann Rudd Sayen, coming from Toledo six years ago.

Mrs. Smith was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family.

She leaves her husband, Donald J. Smith, whom she married on March 16, 2001; a daughter, Deanna Smith at home; her mother, Mary Ann Rudd of Toledo; maternal grandparents, Alfred and Mary Rudd of Oregon; a stepdaughter, Stephanie Smith and a stepson, Stephen Smith, both of Girard; a sister, Lori (Edward) Rodriguez of Oregon; a brother, Ronald Sayen, Jr. of Toledo; a nephew, Brandon Rodriguez of Oregon and a grandchild, Joshua Smith.

Her father, two daughters, Katie and Brittany and a son, Nicholas, preceded her in death.

There will be a memorial service on Monday at 8:00 p.m. at the Girard United Methodist Church, where friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
