HUBBARD Linda L. Thomas, 80, died Saturday morning February 10, 2024 at Continuing Healthcare at the Ridge. She was born October 22, 1943 in Youngstown, a daughter of George and Elizabeth Evans Deterding and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker. She loved music, dancing, roller skating, cooking and baking. If she saw something fun she would jump right in. Linda also loved to travel. In her later years she traveled with her daughter and family with her own food trailer making funnel cakes.

Her husband, Gerald Thomas, whom she married March 23, 1980, died May 12, 1991.

She leaves two sons, Tim White of Olive Branch, MS and Joseph White and his wife Faith of Frontroyal, VA; a daughter, Amy Lisko and her husband Steve of Hubbard; a sister, Marthann Baird of Greenford, OH; six grandchildren, Mandy, Sophie, Stephen, Katie, Kristen and Elizabeth and three great grandchildren, Ainsley, Jaxon and Isla.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Gerald; a son, Jeff White and a grandson, Timothy.

Family and friends may call on Thursday March 14, 2024, one hour prior to the services from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home.  Memorial services will follow at 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home.
