LIBERTY TOWNSHIP Leah Ann Putnam, 88, died Sunday October 5, 2025 at Liberty Health Care Center. Leah was born October 14, 1936 in Meadville, Pennsylvania, a daughter of Austin and Dorothy Young.

Leah was a Licensed Practical Nurse for more than thirty years. She was the president of the licensed practical nurses division 3 for Mahoning and Columbiana counties.

She leaves two sons; Gerald E. Putnam of Peru, Vermont and Mark E. Putnam of Hubbard; a daughter, Lucinda A. Perl of Niles; a sister, Dana Michaels of Meadville, PA; four grandsons and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Rocky Lee Putnam; three brothers, Donald, David, and Duane Young; a sister, Donna Stone, and a grandson Sean Putnam.

At Leah's request there will not be any services.

Arrangements are being handled by the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home.
