NILES L. Marie McRill, 87, died Tuesday evening July 26, 2011 at Liberty Health Care Center. She was born October 20, 1923 in McKeesport, PA, a daughter of Gust and Etta J. Sloan Bellis and was a lifelong area resident.

Mrs. McRill, a homemaker, worked for Packard Electric and also was an airplane riveter for Williams Manufacturing in Monroe, MI during World War II and she enjoyed playing cards.

Her husband, Melvin B. McRill, whom she married February 14, 1945, died July 11, 1976.

She leaves a daughter, Cheryl Mittal of Hubbard; a brother, Victor Bellis and his companion Ed Goldsborough of St. Petersburg, FL; four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Lynn C. Reger and a brother, William Bellis.

There are no calling hours.

A memorial service will be held at her daughter, Cheryl Mittal's residence on August 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of the Valley, 5190 Market St., Boardman, OH 44512.
