HUBBARD Kenneth R. Ward, 80, died Sunday July 19, 2009 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born January 11, 1929 in Hubbard, a son of Edgar and Marie A. Anderson Ward and was a life long area resident.

Mr. Ward was a self employed truck driver for 30 years and after retirement he drove cars for several area car dealerships. He was a member of Corner House Christian Church, Hubbard, served with the United States Navy and was a member of the VFW Hubbard Post No. 3767. Kenneth was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Hubbard Eagle football games.

His wife, the former, Tina J. Esther, died October 23, 1976.

He leaves three sons, Kenny (Kathy) Ward of Boardman, Tony (Bev) Ward and Kevin (Jeanette) Ward both of Austintown; a daughter Marie (Bill) Johnson of Hubbard; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a grandson, Rocco Anthony Johnson.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call on Wednesday one hour prior to the services at the funeral home from 12:00 to 1:00 PM
