HUBBARD Kathryn Jean Vass, 71, died Friday afternoon February 27, 2015 at her home. She was born December 31, 1943 in Youngstown, a daughter of Michael and Catherine Lisko Galko.

Mrs. Vass was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and attended Youngstown State University. She was a salesperson at Reyer's Shoe Store for 27 years. Kathryn enjoyed planting flowers, watching TV, she loved people and in general she loved a good conversation.

She leaves two sons, Edward Vass of Hubbard and Ron (Laurie) Vass of Toledo; a brother, Michael Galko of Colorado; a sister, Judy (Jim) Lipkovich of Poland and two grandchildren, Luke and Brooke Vass.

Memorial services will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Deacon John Bartos officiating.
