Kathleen Latimer's Obituary
MASURY Funeral services will be held Friday at 2:30 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home with Rev. David Coxson officiating for Kathleen C. Latimer, 52, who died Monday afternoon at ValleyCare Northside Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1960 in Youngstown, a daughter of Hugh and Nancy L. Jones Rogers and was a lifelong area resident.
Kathleen was a registered nurse for ValleyCare Northside Medical Center for 32 years and was a member of Corner House Christian Church in Hubbard. She was a member of the National Honor Society and loved to bowl, having bowled in the Good Times League at Bell Wick Bowl. Kathleen enjoyed traveling, especially to North Carolina to visit family and loved her dog Roxy.
She leaves her mother, Nancy L. Rogers and her friend Ray Orlando of Masury; two sons, Ross P. Latimer and Ryan J. Latimer both at home; a brother, Robert H. (Delta) Rogers of Hubbard; a sister, Paula R. (Charles) Fox of Murphy, NC; nieces and nephews, Rebecca Mashburn, Jennifer Fisher, Karen Barnett, Robert H. Rogers and Nancy Fox.
Kathleen also leaves many aunts, uncles, cousins, great nieces and nephews and her long time best friend, Tom Chappell of Wampum, PA.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Family and friends may call on Thursday 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
