HUBBARD Kathleen J. Johns, 61, of Hubbard, died Tuesday morning, June 12, 2007, at Hospice House. She was born on September 16, 1945, in Barnesboro, PA, a daughter of Mike and Evelyn Kelley Peadick and lived in the area since 1989, coming from Emeigh, PA.

Mrs. Johns, a homemaker, enjoyed cooking for others and spending time with her grandchildren.

Her husband, U. S. Air Force Staff Sgt. (Ret.) James Johns, whom she married in 1968, died in 1973.

She leaves a son, James E. (Cindy) Johns of Hubbard; a daughter, Kelley S. Johns of Hubbard; three brothers, Paul Scalese of Cherry Tree, PA, Michael Peadick of Emeigh, PA and Raymond Peadick of Deltona, FL; three sisters, Elizabeth Ayers of Johnstown, PA, Nancy Galido of New Hudson, MI and Evelyn Mullins of Amissville, VA and five grandchildren, Cody, Jared, Hannah, Noah and Abbey.

Besides her husband, her parents and a son, Ernie Paul Johns, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at Noon on Saturday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard, where family and friends may call from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., prior to the service.
