GIRARD Kara Marie Shives, 5 days, of Girard died Thursday afternoon, October 17, 2002, at Tod Children's Hospital. She was born October 12, 2002, a daughter of Christopher Shives and Melissa Toy.

She leaves her parents, two sisters, Amber and Victoria Lacivita, both of Girard; grandparents, Larry Shives of Canfield, Mike and Linda Smith of Liberty, Ed and Lynn Lacivita of Girard; great grandparents, Betty Garber and Genevieve Shives, both of Boardman; four aunts and one uncle.

Private services were held Monday morning at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
