HUBBARD Joyce W. Puncekar, 95, died Sunday morning July 13, 2014 at Liberty Health Care Center. She was born June 13, 1919 in Staffshire England a daughter of Adam and Alice Hawkins Taylor and came to America in 1919 as an infant to Youngstown and moved to Hubbard in 1973.

Mrs. Puncekar was a member of the New Life Lutheran Church. She worked at McKelvey's for 12 years and had later worked as a presser for J.D.'s Dry Cleaning in Mentor for 4 years, retiring in 1972. Joyce enjoyed reading and writing poetry.

She leaves two sons, Frank Joseph Puncekar of Clinton, NJ and Joseph Anthony Puncekar Jr. of Liberty Twp. and two grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Frank K. Taylor; a sister, Evelyn Taylor and an infant sister Clarice Taylor.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.

Her final resting place will be Lake Park Cemetery.
