HUBBARD Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home for Joseph Rand, 80 of Liberty Health Care Center, formerly of Mahoning Rd. who died Monday evening at the home following a long illness. He was born January 8, 1920 in Hubbard, a son of Peter and Philomena Rand and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Rand retired from General Fireproofing after many years of service and was of the Catholic faith.

His wife, the former Erma Greco, whom he married March 12, 1982, died March 21, 1999. He leaves a niece and four nephews. His parents and several brothers and sisters are deceased.

Friends may call at the funeral home one-hour prior to the service on Thursday.
