Biography

HUBBARD Joseph V. Lester, 45, died Tuesday afternoon July 19, 2011 at his home. He was born August 15, 1965 in Youngstown, a son of Don Lee and Helene Diane Schrader Lester and has lived in the area for 10 years coming from Las Vegas.

Mr. Lester was a machine operator for Dinesol Plastics in Niles. He enjoyed fishing, playing poker and especially loved NASCAR with Jimmy Johnson being his favorite driver.

He leaves his father, Don of Austintown; his mother, Helene of Hubbard; a son, Joseph William Lester of Texas; two daughters, Raquel Lynn Lester of Niles and Starr Lite Lester of Oregon; a stepdaughter, Lyndsay Ellsworth of Texas; five brothers, John M. Lester, Sr. of North Jackson, James P. (Sandy) Lester of Delaware, Frances C. (Edna) Lester of Texas, Thomas P. (Pam) Hanlon of Missouri and Regis E. (Sonya) Hanlon of Girard; a sister, Amy Lynne Hanlon of Hubbard; two grandchildren, Alizea Cratch and Brian Parson; several nieces and nephews and one great niece.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, stepfather and two nieces.

There are no calling hours or funeral services.
