HUBBARD Joseph Lesnok, 86, died Thursday, December 11, 2003, at Northside Medical Center. He was born July 2, 1917 in Hubbard, a son of John and Susie Deemer Lesnok, and was a life-long Hubbard resident.

Mr. Lesnok, also known as Banker and Uncle Joey, worked for General Fireproofing Corp. for 34 years, retiring in 1979. He was a life-long member of St. Patrick Church and attended St. Patrick's and Hubbard Schools. He was an avid horse racing and sports fan.

He leaves two sisters, Anne Slapcasky of Boardman and Marguerite Koches of Vienna;
one nephew, Gerald Lesnak of Hubbard; four nieces, Dolores Falgiani of Boardman, Nancy Himes of Girard, Marlene Wise and Peg Powlysyn, both of Hubbard; one great nephew and four great nieces.

His parents, four brothers, Michael, John, Thomas and Edward Lesnok; one sister, Mary Lesnok, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 1:15 p.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 2:00 p.m. at St. Patrick Church.

Friends may call on Monday, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. at the funeral home.
