HUBBARD Jonathan N. Brush, 19, of Sterling, CO, formerly of Hubbard, died Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in Stoneham, Colorado. He was born March 6, 1989 in Albany, NY, a son of Robert D. Brush and Pamela L. Filkins Brush and lived in the area until moving to Colorado 1 year ago.

Jonathan worked for Jaeger Farms in Stoneham, CO. He was a member and historian of Future Farmers of America, loved horses and the western life style. He was a 2007 graduate of Hubbard High School and the Trumbull Career and Technical Center, specializing in agriculture and small engine repair

He leaves his parents Robert and Pamela of Hubbard; two brothers, Robert D. (Carla) Brush II of Niles and PFC Darren R. (Jamie) Brush serving with the United States Marine Corp. in Iraq; grandparents, Chester and Gertrude Brush of Westerlo, NY and Richard and Betty Ann Filkins of Westerlo, NY; great grandmother Marietta Croote of Delmar, NY.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, 2:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call on Sunday, one hour prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.

Further services are scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2009, 6:00 PM at the Reformed Church in Westerlo, NY.
