HUBBARD There are no services or calling hours for Mr. John J. Pazillo, 79 of Briarfield at Ashley Circle, formerly of Doris Dr., who died Tuesday afternoon at the home following a long illness. He was born January 18, 1921 in Girard, OH a son of Mary and Andy Pazillo and lived most of his life in Hubbard.

Mr. Pazillo worked for Syro Steel for 8 years before retiring in 1983 and prior to this he worked for Ohio Leather Works for 25 years. He served with the United States Marine Corps during World War II, fighting in Okinawa and Ryukyu Island, was an avid bowler and enjoyed fishing.

He leaves his wife, the former June R. Gordon, whom he married November 17, 1956; a son, Joseph J. Pazillo of Mineral Ridge; four daughters, June M. Whittaker of Mineral Ridge, Patricia A. Mishata of Girard; Shirley J. Thomas of Boardman and Margaret Kastidis of Austintown; three brothers, Tony Pazillo of California, Sam and Joe Pazillo both of Girard; three sisters, Phillis Palko and Carmal Carasi, both of Girard and Virginia Ewing of Youngstown; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A brother, Nick Pazillo is deceased.
