HUBBARD John L. Freeland, Jr., 35, died on Wednesday, March 7, 2007 and his wife, Tina M. Freeland, 31, died on Thursday, March 8, 2007 after sustaining injuries from a traffic accident in Brookfield Township.

John was born on June 10, 1971, in Steubenville, OH, a son of John L., Sr. and Betty J. Fraser Freeland and lived most of his life in Hubbard. He was a driver for Mercer County Auto Supply for seven years and enjoyed working on and restoring muscle cars.

Tina was born on May 25, 1975 in Warren, OH, a daughter of Fred and Nancy Lew Lancaster and lived in Hubbard since 1995. She was a member of Chestnut Ridge Church of God in Hubbard, where she was a custodian and taught Bible school.

John and Tina were married on September 10, 1995.

They are survived by their three children, Mitch, Kyler and Samantha Freeland; John's parents, John and Betty Freeland of Hubbard; Tina's mother, Nancy Lancaster of Southington and her three sisters, Sharon Slabaugh, Jayne Webber and Theresa Pequignot.

Tina's father preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
