HUBBARD Mr. John F. Garzanich, 89, died Saturday morning March 16, 2002. He was born October 22, 1912 in New York City, NY a son of Anton and Meri Petka Garzanich and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Garzanich worked for the City of Hubbard Light & Water Department for 17 years before retiring in 1980. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard, a lifelong member of the Moose Club, Niles Lodge No. 627 and an avid sports fan.

His wife, the former Betty Sebest, whom he married October 25, 1941, died August 18, 1992. He leaves a son, John Garzanich of Austintown; a daughter, Jackie Connolly of Hubbard; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. A brother, Thomas Garzanich and a sister, Elsie Morton are deceased.

Funeral services will be held Monday, 1:30 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard and 2:00 PM at St. Patrick Church, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Monday, 12:30 to 1:30 PM.
