Obituary
HUBBARD Mr. John J. Chufo, 83, of Hubbard died Sunday afternoon, November 25, 2001 at North Side Medical Center. He was born September 6, 1918 in Hubbard, a son of Paul and Mary Forte Chufo and was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Chufo worked for Powell Pressed Steel for 40 years before retiring in 1974. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard and the Knights of Columbus Msgr. Francis J. Hughes Council No. 2072 of Hubbard, and was also a 4th Degree Knight at the Girard Knights of Columbus.
He leaves his wife, the former Martha Lacivita, whom he married January 20, 1945; two sons, John N. (Camille) Chufo of Hilton Head, SC and James J. (Debbie) Chufo of Hubbard; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Three brothers and three sisters are deceased.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday
Friends may call on Tuesday 5 to 8 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
