Jessie Ramsey Studer's Obituary


HUBBARD Mrs. Jessie L. Ramsey Studer, 92, of Hubbard, died Saturday morning at Park Vista. She was born April 1, 1916 in Edinburg, PA a daughter of James and Mary McGuire Morrow and has lived in Hubbard since 1979.

Mrs. Studer was a cook at several area restaurants and formerly was employed by Ferrara Golden Dawn in Masury for 10 years. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and a member of Brookfield Christian Church. Jessie was a 1935 Graduate of New Castle High School. She was a member and past president of the Brookfield Firemen's Auxiliary and was an avid card player belonging to several card clubs.

Her first husband, Winton L. Ramsey, whom she married October 8, 1935, died September 13, 1977; her second husband, Walter E. Studer, whom she married August 12, 1983, died June 13, 1995.

She leaves three sons, Dr. David D. (Judith) Ramsey of Bloomington, IL, Richard J. (Claudia Levy) Ramsey of Bethesda, MD and Rev. Donald I. (Ruth) Ramsey of Montpelier, OH; a daughter, Ruth A. (Joseph) Vukovich of Hubbard; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home with Rev. Alan Hutchinson officiating.

Family and friends may call on Monday, 4:00 to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral
Home.
