Biography

MASURY Jerry K. Moss, 52, died Tuesday October 19, 2010 at Northside Hospital Medical Center. He was born February 26, 1958 in Youngstown, a son of Abram and Dorathea Hildebrand Moss and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Moss was a lifelong musician having been a drummer in many local bands, including Mikki Lynn, R.H. Factor, James Paul Band, Bad Lands, Force II, Desperado, Spoke Norton, Blackhawk, One Way Rider, Encore, 4 Lane Highway, Many Grapes and Crows Run. Jerry was born and raised in the Jewish Faith and enjoyed riding motorcycles with his friends.

He leaves his wife of 25 years, the former Valerie A. McLeod, whom he married March 11, 1985; a sister, Evelyn (Dave) Caggiano of Columbus.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jack.

Jerry will be greatly missed by his wife, sister, brothers in law, sisters in law and many nieces and nephews. He will forever be remembered for his kind and loving spirit, always being a gentleman and always making people laugh.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 12:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.

Family and friends may call on Friday 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home and also on Saturday 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the funeral home.
