HUBBARD Jean Lam of Hubbard, OH, passed away peacefully on December 25, 2022 at the age of 88.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, Jean enjoyed a career in public relations and broadcasting while raising her two daughters. Jean was a natural storyteller, enthusiastically sharing stories with family and friends. She enjoyed the outdoors, favoring skiing and tennis and loved animals of all kinds. In particular, she passed down her love for horseback riding to her children. As a proud grandmother, Jean cherished time spent with her grandchildren and their many activities. In her later years she volunteered for reading programs at the Oblate Sisters School and for Ohio Reads.

She is survived by her daughters Jennifer Gasser (Mark) of Hubbard, OH and Cynthia (Barry) of Sherborn, MA, along with her five grandchildren Alison, Taylor, Marquette, Caroline and Emily.

Services will be private.
