YOUNGSTOWN James M. Perrotta, 48, died Thursday, December 24, 2009 at St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. He was born October 3, 1961 in Youngstown, a son of Joseph J. and Jean Kowalsky Perrotta and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Perrotta was a welder with the Boiler Makers Local 744 for 21 years.

He leaves a brother, Joseph Perrotta, Jr. of Hubbard; two sisters, JoLynn Hitt of Hubbard and Jeannie Williams of West Middlesex, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home.
