HUBBARD James H. McIntee, 58, of Hubbard, died Thursday afternoon, February 20, 2003 at Northside Hospital Medical Center. He was born January 5, 1945 in Sharon, PA a son of Thomas J. and Ruth Gehring McIntee and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.
Mr. McIntee worked for U.S. Can, Hubbard. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and served as a former member of the Board of Trustees. He was a member of the Hubbard Gridiron Club, the Village Tavern Golf League and a former coach of Hubbard Babe Ruth and Little League Baseball. Mr. McIntee attended Rutgers University and Youngstown State University, was an avid golfer and loved country music and dancing.
He leaves his wife, the former, Gloria J. Reeher, whom he married June 4, 1966; a son, James J. (Lori) McIntee of Parma, OH; two daughters, Jennifer J. (Randy) Brannan and Jeanette S. (Dave) Richards both of Hubbard; two brothers, Thomas McIntee of Fowler, IN and Richard McIntee of Hopatong, NJ; a sister, Karen Morrison of Hartford, OH; six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.
Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Saturday, 5 to 7 PM.
