HUBBARD Irene L. Fulytar, 84, of Hubbard, died Friday evening, November 2, 2007, at Hospice House. She was born November 16, 1922, in Youngstown, a daughter of Pete and Marie Leicki McNeeley and was later adopted by her aunt and uncle, Patrick and Mary Cassidy.

Mrs. Fulytar worked for the Hubbard Public School System for 30 years retiring in 1983. She was a member of St. Patrick Church and especially enjoyed her home surrounded by her family. Irene was an animal lover and every stray dog or cat was welcome in her home.

Her husband, Joseph E. Fulytar Sr., whom she married October 19, 1946, died November 1, 2003. She leaves four sons, John J. (Judy) Fulytar, William R. (Susan) Fulytar, Joseph E. (Eileen) Fulytar Jr., all of Hubbard and Richard M. (Cathy) Fulytar of Howland; two brothers, Ray McNeeley and Thomas (Mary) Cassidy, both of Hubbard; one sister, Jean Huntington of Austintown; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, her adopted parents, a brother, Pete McNeeley and a sister, Mary Ellen Pavlicko.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 9:15 a.m. at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home and at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
