Hayden Simmons's Obituary
HUBBARD Private funeral services were held Monday for Hayden Nevaeh Simmons, who died August 5, 2009. She was born August 4, 2009 a daughter of Patrick Capograco and Ashley Simmons.
She leaves her parents of Hubbard; grandparents, Christopher and Kelly Simmons of Hubbard, Terri and Vanessa Price of Hubbard and Janie Elser of Kinsman; great grandparents, Jack and Pat Ralston of Vienna, Nancy Simmons of Vienna, Chris Reiter of Kinsman and Warren Simmons of Warren.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Thomas Reiter.
Memorial donations may be made to the Touched by Nathan Foundation, 1044 Belmont Ave., Youngstown, OH 44501.
