NEW MIDDLETOWN Harold E. "Hally" Seaman, 65, of New Middletown, died Friday, February 16, 2007, at his residence. He was born September 20, 1941, in Youngstown, a son of George and Marian DelBane Seaman and lived most of his life in the area.

Hally retired from WCI Steel Corp., in 2002 and prior to this he worked for U.S. Steel Corp. for over 20 years. He enjoyed working on cars and was very mechanically inclined. He served with the US Navy.

He leaves his mother, Marian MacSkimming of Youngstown; three sons, Michael P. (Diana) Seaman of Struthers, Kevin A. (Kimiyet) Seaman of AZ and Joseph Seaman of Austintown; two daughters, Lisa Ann (Michael) Commerford of SC and Jamie Seaman of Youngstown; two brothers, Bernard MacSkimming of Hubbard and Thomas MacSkimming of Wellsville, PA; two sisters, Sally Seaman of AZ and Claudia Stranacher of Camp Hill, PA; eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, his step father, Thomas MacSkimming, a son, Anthony Seaman and a sister, Jacqueline Volpe.

There will be a funeral service Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, 5 to 8 pm.
