HUBBARD Harold A. Kelley, 82, died Friday evening December 5, 2025 at Austintown Healthcare with his family by his side. He was born June 15, 1943 in Grindstone, PA a son of Charles S. and Lucille Kelley Kennedy.

Mr. Kelley served with the United States Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Richard Brown United Methodist Church and Coalburg United Methodist Church. He was a machine operator at Parker Hannifin, United Foundries and Wean United Engineering, retiring July 1, 2007.

His wife, the former Anna P. Reeves, whom he married November 9, 1968, died October 2, 2005.

Harold leaves two daughters, Carla M. (Terry) Shaulis of Niles and Stacy R. Troxel of Ft. Wayne, IN; three brothers, Daniel E. (Donna) Kennedy of Boardman, Michael S. (Annmarie) Kennedy of Hubbard and Kevin K. (Shiloh) Kennedy of Youngstown; two sisters, Judith A. Dunn of Youngstown and Patricia L. (Robert) Emerick of Fayette City, PA; a sister-in-law, Carol Kennedy; 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Anna and his brother, Charles E. Kennedy.

Family and friends may call on Thursday December 11, 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the funeral services on Friday December 12, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 10:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Sam Mohn officiating.

Interment will take place at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
