AUSTINTOWN Harold J. "Bud" Anderson, 71, died Wednesday July 9, 2014 at Briarfield Manor. He was born June 29, 1943 in Youngstown, a son of Harold M. and Mary A. Harris Anderson and was a lifelong area resident having lived in Hubbard, Liberty and Austintown.

Mr. Anderson was a 1961 Hubbard High School graduate and attended Youngstown State University. He was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and served with the National Guard for 4 years. Bud was Vice President of Operations for Universal Development for 34 years. He loved to go fishing, camping and to the beach and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.

He leaves his fiancé©e, Darlene DiFrischia Drotleff of Neshannock, PA; two brothers, Ronald (Gayle) Anderson of Hermitage, PA and Donald Anderson of Ft. Meyers, FL; 6 nieces and nephews, Brian, Donald, Margaret, Stephanie, Ashley and his niece and godchild Melissa Hegwood.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home. Family and friends may call on Saturday, one hour prior to the services from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.

The family requests memorial donations be made to the Animal Welfare League, P.O. Box 66, Vienna, OH 44473.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery.
