LIBERTY TWP. Geraldine Arnold McNeal, 90, of Liberty Twp., died Thursday morning, June 16, 2005, at her residence. She was born June 13, 1915, in Wellsville, a daughter of Corydon Wells and Florence Boothman Arnold and lived in this area since 1948, coming from Cleveland.

Mrs. McNeal was a 1937 graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and an English teacher for the Sandusky Schools System from 1937-1941 and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and Chi Omega Sorority. She was a former member of the Monnett Club, Pan Hellenic, Progress Study Club, Junior Garden Guild, Mahoning Saddle & Bridle Club and the former secretary for the Youngstown Charity Horse Show.

She leaves her husband, Elmore R. McNeal, M.D., whom she married October 11, 1941, a daughter, Penny A. McNeal of Hudson, OH and two grandchildren.

Her parents preceded her in death.

As per Geraldine's request, there will be no funeral service or calling hours.
