HUBBARD Gary A. Calabret, 70, died Tuesday morning January 15, 2013 at Hospice House. He was born May 1, 1942 in Youngstown, the son of Albert and Margaret Thomas Holecko Calabrette and was a lifelong area resident.

Mr. Calabret was a realtor for Northwood Realty and previously for Howard Hanna and Coldwell Banker for 16 years. He retired from Penn Ohio Linen as an account rep in 1999 after 30 years and was also the owner of the Ladybug on Logan Ave. Gary was a graduate of North High School, served with the United States Navy on the USS Intrepid and was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church in Hubbard.

Gary was a former President of the Youngstown Ski Club and Secretary of his Thursday golf league. He loved to golf, snow ski and water ski and loved to travel with his wife Georgiean.

He leaves his wife, the former Georgiean Floch, whom he married October 2, 1965; a son, Gary J. Calabret of Detroit, MI; a daughter, Heather Marie Calabret of Hudson and a grandson, Michael Joseph Calabret.

Memorial services will be held Saturday 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church.
