HUBBARD Mr. Frank T. Saccomen Sr., 73, of Hubbard, died Saturday, August 24, 2002, at his home. He was born December 20, 1928, in Clarksburg, WV, a son of Michael and Ressie Simons Saccomen Sr. and lived in Hubbard for 45 years.

Mr. Saccomen worked for Reactive Metals Inc., Niles for 20 years before retiring in 1987. He was a member of St. Patrick Church, Hubbard, served with the United States Army during World War II and enjoyed working on cars and working with metal.

His wife, the former Stefanie C. Czamulic, whom he married October 16, 1948, died August 23, 2000. He leaves two sons, Frank T. (Judy) Saccomen of Hubbard and M. John (Ellen) Saccomen of Ashland, OH; three daughters, Patricia S. Carr of Liberty; Frieda M. (Joe) LaPolla of Henderson, NV and Debra L. (Joseph) Senk of Cortland, OH; two brothers, Ed Saccomen of Austintown and Earl Saccomen of Youngstown; a sister, Alice "Virginia" Wine of Youngstown; 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild. A brother, Mike Saccomen, two sisters, Louise Saccomen and Wyonia Pilgrams, a son, Wayne Allen Saccomen and a granddaughter, Stacey Saccomen are deceased.

Funeral services will be held Monday, SEPTEMBER 9, 2002, 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, Hubbard.
