HUBBARD Frank George Marshall, 90, of Hubbard, died Tuesday evening, July 18, 2006, at his residence. He was born December 27, 1915 in Hubbard, a son of Frank and Madeline Conti Marshall and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mr. Marshall worked at Youngstown Sheet & Tube for over 40 years, retiring in 1977 and also served as the Hubbard Township Constable from 1946-1963. He was a member of St. Patrick Church in Hubbard. Frank was a decorated veteran of the U. S. Army during World War II and fought under General George S. Patton with the 54th Armored Infantry.

His wife, the former Rita Madeline, whom he married on February 16, 1946, died on July 23, 1999.

He leaves three sons, Dan (Tara Fulton) Marshall of Mifflinburg, PA, Michael Marshall of Lansing, MI and Francesco Marshall of Seattle, WA; a daughter, Joan (Tom) Florig of St. Louis, MO; two brothers, Mark Marshall of Boardman and Dick Marshall of Zephyr Hills, FL and a grandson, Bob Florig of St. Louis, MO.

Besides his wife, his parents, sisters, Minnie, Mary and Luce and brothers, Nemo, Charlie Jack, Billy, Joe, Jess, Alec, Chic and Ike, preceded him in death.

In keeping with Mr. Marshall's request, there are no services or calling hours.

Frank's children wish to acknowledge the close friendships offered to their father in his later years by Mike Perrotta, Frances Marrokal, Coletta Rock and Pete Snyder.
