HUBBARD Evelyn R. "Ruth" Stout, 62, of Hubbard, died on Sunday afternoon, April 13, 2008, at her residence, surrounded by her family. She was born on March 5, 1946, in Steubenville, a daughter of Charles and Ellen Browning Ralston and lived in Hubbard since 1965, coming from Rayland, OH.

Mrs. Stout was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting, reading, gardening and birds.

She leaves her husband, Melvin "Pete" Stout, whom she married on September 24, 1965; a daughter, Rebecca (Robert) Vestal of Hubbard; three brothers, Robert (Renee) Ralston of Rayland, OH, Charles (Leslie) Ralston, Jr. of Ashtabula, OH and Larry (RoseAnn) Ralston of Rayland, OH; three sisters, Virginia (Loyd) Mears of Tennessee, Charlotte Arnett of Rayland, OH and Betty Ralston of Smithfield, OH and two grandchildren, Ashtin and Jesse Vestal.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Family and friends may call from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
