HUBBARD Esther N. Hoare, 79, of Hubbard, died Wednesday evening, August 23, 2006 at her residence. She was born on October 29, 1926, in Barnesboro, PA, a daughter of Daniel and Edna Krug Keirn and lived in Hubbard since 1956, coming from Youngstown.

Mrs. Hoare was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Hubbard. In her younger years, she was an avid golfer and bowler and as a teenager was a member of a traveling softball team from the Barnesboro, PA area.

Her husband, William J. Hoare, whom she married on May 30, 1947, died on August 28, 1989.

She leaves a daughter, Donna (Carl) Leet of Hubbard; a brother, Dean Keirn of Aurora, IL; a sister Margaret Cramer of Emeigh, PA and a grandson, Billy Leet of Hubbard.

Besides her husband, her parents, a brother, Harold Keirn and a sister, Lenora Shaner, preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard, where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the services.
