LOWELLVILLE Elsie M. Dunlap, 84, of Lowellville, died Sunday morning, December 31, 2006 St. Elizabeth Health Center. She was born on April 20, 1922, in Columbus, OH, a daughter of Welthia Amon and lived in the area since 1947.

Mrs. Dunlap was a homemaker and a member of Coitsville Presbyterian Church, where she served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher.

Her husband, Thomas E. Dunlap, whom she married on July 18, 1942, died on February 28, 2002.

She leaves three sons, Harley E. Dunlap of Poland, Thomas B. Dunlap of Campbell and David A. Dunlap of North Lima; a daughter, Jean E. Roskie of Campbell; a half-brother, Jerre Bauman of Littleton, CO; two half-sisters, Jill Wagner of Boardman and Judy Price of Chandler Hills, AZ; six grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, her parents, a son, Theodore E. Dunlap and a half-sister, Betty Mills, preceded her in death

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home in Hubbard.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the memorial fund at Coitsville Presbyterian Church, 91 Coitsville Hubbard Road, Coitsville, OH 44505.
