HUBBARD Betty A. Hettrick, 80, of Hubbard, died Wednesday evening, March 19, 2003 at her home. She was born February 18, 1923 in Hubbard, a daughter of Levi and Elizabeth Geiger Horn and was a lifelong Hubbard resident.

Mrs. Hettrick was a custodian for the Hubbard Public School System for many years. She was a member of the Coalburg United Methodist Church, Hubbard, a member of the Hubbard Senior Citizens, TOPS and a former member of the Rebekah Lodge. She enjoyed playing cards and going for drives.

Her husband, Dale Hettrick, whom she married in September 1949, died in March 1987. She leaves a son, Donald E. (Lori) Hettrick of Hubbard and a daughter, Doris Hettrick of Hubbard.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three sisters, Ursula and Dorothy Horn and Clara Jones and two brothers, Edward and Alfred Horn.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 AM at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home, Hubbard.

Friends may call at the Kelley-Robb Funeral Home on Friday, 5 to 8 PM and also one hour prior to the service on Saturday, 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
