HUBBARD Funeral services will be held Tuesday 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home for E. Joanne Croyle, 85, who died Sunday morning February 24, 2013 at Northside Hospital Medical Center. She was born July 3, 1927 in Rimersburg, PA a daughter of Denny and Pearl McCafferty Summerville and moved to Hubbard in 1953 from Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Croyle graduated from Union High School in Rimersburg, PA and was a cook at Guiliano's and Perkins in Hubbard for many years and previously worked for Hathaway Bakery. Joanne was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hubbard. She loved to read, crochet and especially loved her grandchildren.

Her husband, Joseph Ira Croyle, whom she married in August 1945, died June 14, 1983.

She leaves three sons, Dannie (Joanne) Croyle of Hubbard, Rudy (Alexis) Croyle of Greensburg, PA and Rodney (Cara) Croyle of Hubbard; a daughter, Patty (Ben) Lewis of Hubbard; a brother, Joe (Bev) Summerville of Everett, PA; a sister, Mickey Bailey of Rimersburg, PA; nine grandchildren, Dannie, Kristine, Chantel, Patrick, Benny, Jessica, Joey, Justin and Haley and 14 great grandchildren. She also is survived by many nieces and nephews and a special thank you to Doris and Jack Stupka for all their kindness.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Joseph; one brother and seven sisters.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Kelley-Robb-Cummins Funeral Home.
