Dorothy T. Pitoscia, 93, went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2026. She passed peacefully at her home.

Dorothy was born on June 29, 1933, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, daughter of the late Joseph and Stella Levandoski.

Dorothy will be remembered for her strong faith, her deep love for her family, and the joy she found in spending time in the kitchen, preparing meals and bringing loved ones together.

Her late husband, Anthony A. Pitoscia, preceded her in death on April 26, 2014.

Dorothy’s compassion and generosity will be fondly remembered by all who knew her. She will be sadly missed by her three sons: Tony Pitoscia (Julie) of Hartford, OH; David Pitoscia (Patty) of Brookfield, OH and William Pitoscia of Brookfield, OH; a daughter in law, Lori Gardner of Hubbard, OH. She also leaves behind eight grandchildren: Lauren Maynard (Josh), Jennifer Papillion (Paul), Lindsey Pitoscia, Billy Pitoscia (Kelly), Christina Pitoscia, Jimmy Pitoscia (Adrianna), Jeremiah Pitoscia and Michelle Hardman (Brian); and 12 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Southern Care Hospice, especially Nurse Ashley, for their care and compassion.

In accordance to Dorothy’s wishes, there will be no calling hours.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home.
